Jennifer Lopez isn’t letting a slow home sale stop her from growing her impressive property portfolio.
The actress and singer has reportedly acquired an expansive eight-plus acre estate in Bel-Air, centered around a stunning multi-level mansion. Originally listed for $40 million, Lopez secured the property for $28 million. The luxurious estate boasts a 30-seat screening room, a 100-seat amphitheater, and a swimming pond with a sandy beach and outdoor shower.
As Lopez settles into her new California retreat, she continues to seek a buyer for another high-end home. Her 17,000-square-foot gated compound in Hidden Hills—featuring breathtaking mountain and city views—remains on the market. The sprawling estate includes nine bedrooms, a master suite with a private terrace, and an entertainment wing complete with a 20-seat theater, dance studio, and recording studio.
Lopez purchased the Hidden Hills property in 2010 with then-husband Marc Anthony for $8.2 million. Initially listed for $17 million, the home has undergone multiple price reductions, dropping to $14.5 million in September and currently sitting at $12.5 million.
Beyond California, Lopez also owns a $22 million penthouse in Manhattan and a $10 million estate in the Hamptons, further solidifying her status as a real estate powerhouse.
High ceilings are featured throughout the stunning property, which boasts nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
